Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services provided by Just For You Car Wash. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Just For You Car Wash provides mobile car washing and detailing services in Abu Dhabi, UAE. All services are performed at the customer's specified location. We reserve the right to refuse service at any location deemed unsafe or inaccessible.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings can be made via WhatsApp or phone call. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash and bank transfer. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any additional services requested on-site will be charged accordingly.
4. Liability
Just For You Car Wash takes every precaution to protect your vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, scratches, or defects that were present before the service. Customers are advised to remove all valuables from the vehicle before the service begins. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
5. Vehicle Condition
The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and that any known defects (e.g., broken seals, damaged paint) are disclosed before the service. We reserve the right to decline or modify the service if the vehicle condition poses a risk to our staff or equipment.
6. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services (name, contact number, location). Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. By booking our services, you consent to receiving service-related communications via WhatsApp or phone.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
8. Changes to Terms
Just For You Car Wash reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage customers to review these terms periodically.
